Yes.  Partial.  From $10,000 to $40,000 off the value of the home depending on the town you live in.  Must have a 50% or higher disability rating.

Yes.  Only for veterans who had their vehicles paid for by the VA or modified.

Active Pay Exemption:
No.

Retired Pay Tax Exemption:
Yes.  Partial. It exempts the first $10,000 but is subjected to an Annual Gross Income cap of $50,000 (single) and $65,000 (joint).  Full exemption at full social security age.

Yes.  Must be 60% disabled or higher.

Disabled Veteran License Plate:
Yes.  No disability rate requirement specified.  However, require a universal medical evaluation. Disability plates also give you free toll passage and free airport parking.
