C-Files

The C-File is Comopensation and Pension (C&P) or your claim exam records.  You can request a copy of the final exam report. You can’t get the results at your exam or directly from the provider.  To request a copy of the exam report, you’ll need to fill out a Freedom of Information Act or Privacy Act Request (VA Form 20-10206).

You can submit the form in any of these 3 ways, online, by mail or in person.
